The agreement behind every account: the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Service Level Agreement, the Privacy Policy and how to report abuse.
- Terms of ServiceThese terms are the agreement between PikaEdge Ltd. and each business with a CacheGenie account: the service, the fees, liability and how it ends. CacheGenie is sold to businesses only, and you confirm you contract as one.
- Acceptable Use PolicyThis policy says what may not be delivered through CacheGenie, what may not be done with it, and what happens when something breaks the rules.
- Service Level AgreementThis agreement sets the availability we commit to for the CacheGenie network, how it is measured, and the credit you can claim when we miss it. It is part of the agreement the Terms of Service set out.
- Privacy PolicyThis policy says what personal data PikaEdge Ltd. holds about the people who use our control panel, API, websites and support, why, for how long, who else receives it and what your rights are.
- Abuse and copyright reportsThis page says how to report content or behaviour on a site delivered through CacheGenie, what a copyright notice must contain, and what we do with a report. It also gives our contact points under the EU Digital Services Act.
